The original owner is alive and well so the story is 100% accurate. All comics were purchsaed on the newsstand from 1937 to 1943.

Yhe owner thne went to serve in wwii. While he was gone, relatives read teh books and treated some of them roughly. When he returned form teh war, he got the books back. Unfortunately, some were missing and some were damaged adn many lost their covers. We will be offering both complete books and books that have no covers which we have created reproduction covers for. There are some rare issues and major keys in the collection. Most of the books have off-white to white pages. More fun comics #52 and detective comics #35 are just 2 of the many complete unerstored original owner classics that will be available for the 1st time. Woh will the second owner be?
