Front cover shows wear as commensurate with the grade along the spine (faded tape), and border areas, double set of staples, several tears and small pieces missing especially in lower left hand corner where there is a inch and a half piece missing. The reverse has several miniscule pieces msising along with small tape repairs along border and spine otherwise it is clean for accuracy. Staples lots of wera is allowed. Staples must be attached both at the outside and the centerfold or the comic becomes a good. A minor bit of rust is allowed. Writing small, neat writing is allowed on either cover or the interior. Scribbling, large grease pencil, magic marker, or any other significantly offensive writing is not allowed. Allowable writing includes a person's name, a small price, or in the case of old gold key or dell comics, the writing of the issue unmber on the cover.But ti must be done very neatly or the grade drops to good. Rubber stamps international pirce stamps are allowed on a comic that would otherwise grade out as fine. Star stamps are always allowed. Name stamps or store stamps are allowed olny if on the back cover or in the interior and if small and neatly placed.
